Light through the clouds
I was up at 5am today to fly up to Aberdeen.
Not surprisingly, I slept for most of the flight! When I was awake, I occasionally glimpsed some beautiful, snow-covered landscapes through gaps in the cloud cover. On approach to Aberdeen, as we came below the clouds, there were some beautiful views, and I quickly grabbed a shot of this scene with the sun's rays shining through to illuminate small patches of the snowy ground.
That was my only opportunity to take photos today - I was presenting at an event, and I'm just back from a business dinner that followed it. Tomorrow's going to be busy too, so my apologies for falling behind with comments - I will try to catch up when I get the chance.
