London Life

My mobile phone is fine.  I removed the battery, blew on the contacts, reinserted it and the keyboard is working perfectly.  Phew!  Mind you a teacher friend did ask if turning it off and on would have worked as well.  It probably would have, but it's the way it was said that made me feel I was back in primary school.  Calm............

A good day in London yesterday although it was dull and bitterly cold. The exhibition at Waterloo Station could have been displayed better, and as for the winner, none of us rated it at all.  The Taylor Wessing portrait exhibition at the National Portrait Gallery was worth visiting too.

We had lunch in the crypt of St Martin-in-the-Fields.  I thought H was trying to save money by heading for a soup kitchen, but if you ever get the chance, they put on a good lunch for a reasonable price.

The weather wasn't good enough for decent outdoor shots, but I quite liked the street artists and commuters.
