Boxes

Went over to Mums today to go through/collect a chunk of my belongings that were STILL at her house. Largely school/college projects and books. My trusty old red cordaroy bean bag was put in the bin. That saddened me. It had seen me through childhood but admittedly was well past its best. Boxes were taken to the charity shop too. All in preparation for Mums big move.

Enjoyed lunch at cafe (Blip) in Horwich, can't remember it's name but did a lovely soup.

Nice time with Mum, some frank honesty about our feelings re: lack of Dad and other things. Good to talk.
