Fish dinner

It has cheered me no end.

After 4 years of barely any intentional exercise (due to this that and a million others) I decided Saturday night to do a spot of Pilates; my exercise-true-love. Boy do I wish I hadn't. My back/neck/head pain came back with a vengeance virtually instantaneously. Cue rubbish couple of days, worse today. Hate it as thought I was past this, frustrated as can't function particularly at all and it all results in extra pressures on Mr B.

Humph.
