Frosty Friday

Having submitted two tongue-in-cheek collages over the last couple of days I thought I ought to do something a bit more photographically serious today. The day started off very cold and frosty and it was about minus three when I took Dylan for his morning walk. We went via Jubilee Walk and Shottery Brook Walk, the path, which would have been muddy, being hard and crispy underfoot. This picture was taken by the brook, the water was frozen and the weak sun shining through the trees gave for a nice misty light.
