A time to read

The weather has changed and the rain has washed the snow away from the garden. On a wet dark day what better treat than to settle down with a good book?
Especially when it's one that was given to you. One that has sat on the bookcase and tempted you. But you wanted to savour the anticipation. Waiting until the time is right. 
The fact it's been written by a friend of mine has just added to the satisfaction that I've finally given in and am enjoying it :-)
