Cable

The hat knitting obsession continues.
Time to reacquaint myself with cables. The hat is super cosy, 100% merino with a nice cable running up one side and a jaunty amount of slouch - I like it.  I had a little yarn left over so I thought more cable practise was in order, so ta-da - a knitted cable bracelet which I adore.  I'll make some more I think, very satisfying to cast on and off in one day.
Managed a bit of decluttering today, mostly books - it is a start.
Hubby home tomorrow for a one day/night visit.
Thanks for all the nice comments and stars for yesterday's Sunrise, I can't really take the credit as Mother Nature was putting on the show!
