Last of the supplies

Last box of Christmas shortbread finished at work, thank heavens.

Plantar Fasciitis is a killer. I can barely walk tonight. Was it the run this morning?? I just don't know. But anyway C25K Week 4 Day 1 done. Might have to reassess my finish date at this rate. Bought a new pair of shoes though and plan to get fitted for another pair in Townsville in 2 weeks. Ibuprofen is my friend tonight I hope!
