Got up.

Went mountain biking all day.

Afan Argoed in fact.

No petrol in my tank today.

It was hard, cold, wet and somewhat miserable.

Still glad I went.

Got to have the bad times to appreciate the good times, right?!

Plenty of mud here, there and everywhere.

Did I say it was cold, wet and miserable as well as hard?
