Saturday is a day for playing music loud.

Saturday morning is the best time.

This Saturday morning I found myself up at 6am for a 15 mile run, then home for a 30 second shower and then out to coach Year 4 football.

I came home and looked at the ceiling for a while then had a chunky sausage sandwich.

Mum & Dad popped by for a cup of tea and then a family trip to the library.

Out for a treat tea with the boys in 20 minutes.

Although the notion of a treat when they've been in full button pressing mode all day is a bit moot!

I don't know what the etiquette regarding street art is but it always seems a bit of a shame when a good piece is defaced by a really poor tag.
