Spring is on its way!!

Am I the first to blip snowdrops? I couldn't resist these beautiful blooms. I miss walking through the woods every day and seeing the changes in the foliage and the undergrowth. Snowdrops are always the light at the end of the tunnel: end of winter with spring just around the corner. 

I had a lovely trip to waitrose with my mum this morning and on the way home a fox walked across the road in front of the car. I slowed down to let him cross safely. Nice to see him,  and quite far enough away from my hens not to be a worry (I hope).  Then spent the rest of the morning making Seville orange marmalade.  An annual occurrence. Need to finish last years supply.
