Big Pit

Spent the day with the youngest daughter. It was too cold and windy for her to want to be outside much, so we went to the Big Pit mining museum at Blaenavon. Compared to Threlkeld in the Lake District it was spotless, although I did see one workshop (not open to the public) which was almost as cluttered. 

The underground tours weren't running due to it being off peak season, but still interesting.
