First Dafs of the Season

Spent the day trying to get a Council Extranet (the shamed council will remain nameless!) to allow me to read model documents in word. I could see them on screen or print them, but download or save? Not on your nelly! What a total waste of time and effort. I wouldn't mind, but this second extranet is supposed to be better than the last one! Aaaaahhhhh!!!
