for Bottling the Brew

In my blip of 15th January I indicated that it was time to get on a brew of sparkling mead.

Here is the mead about to be put in to bottles.  I am rather hoping that it will turn out to be somewhat similar to a cider.  It will be about the same alcoholic strength.

As a beekeeper myself I have no shortage of honey.  Indeed I know that most mead will in the past have been produced by beekeepers.

However up to now it is fair to say that my attempts at mead making have not been successful.

So we live in hope....
