A Cheeky Girl

Today we went to meet up with our daughter, her husband and baby Jessica for brunch.

Mum and Dad had a trip to the cinema planned whilst we brought Jessica back home to babysit for the afternoon.

She was playing on the floor - rolling around all over the place and so I lay on the floor with my camera with the front window behind me to illuminate her with natural (if rather subdued) daylight. I whacked the ISO up to try and freeze her motion - just about managed it with this one! It also coincided with this cheeky grin.

She went for her nap shortly after this - although she didn't really want to go. Took a while to get her off to sleep.

Mum and Dad enjoyed their 'time off' and came to collect her at tea time.
