Cheers, all the west...

It's been over three years since I last saw my brother and his current wife. (We always call her that, just in case she changes her mind about him...even though they've been married for nearly 25 years....)

Anyway, they're over from Spain, spending a few days on the west coast (where we're from). Bizarrely, it feels as though I saw them only last week....we've laughed (at old stories), cried (at old memories), and drunk a heck of a lot of wine.

I can't remember the last time I enjoyed myself half as much....
