Fred's getting bored of her hair again!

So, after thinking about it for a week or so, decides to do something about it.  Rather than cut it all off, which is her usual thing, she decides to keep it long but just have one side shaved.  A bit old hat perhaps but its something she and Andy can do (no hairdressers involved).  She's not been able to colour her hair whilst away so the grey is well and truly showing.  She's not overly bothered by that but doesn't want too look too granny like so gets Andy on the case with the clippers and he's done a good job!

The internet was actually working this morning so we looked at some hotels in Pyay and spent some amusing time with the reception staff trying to make enquiries by telephone.  Fred did her best to make herself understood and the lad on the reception tried to help but got an earful from one lady on the other end about tourists booking and not showing up.  We were going to try and book somewhere as we will arrive late but we’re not sure we’ve managed it … we have an idea where we’re headed anyway.

We took another wander to Lovers Island this afternoon as the tide was out.  As we arrived so did a coach load of Myanmar school kids so we didn’t quite have it to ourselves but it was interesting anyway.  Some of it looks like volcanic rock and there is also a little blow hole.  We had a relaxed evening and are sad to leave this beautiful beach tomorrow.
