The A Team

Meet my work colleagues. Not sure what they would make of my alternate version of the original photograph and I'm not inclined to find out. Not everyone shares my sense of humour or my like of rather odd Photoshop manipulations.

Good 2 day workshop and there is a whole heap of work coming out of it. Yes, I'm going to be busier than the man who dispenses toilet paper at the national curry eating competition, but I like to be busy and besides, in the eyes of management, we are doing good work and if you are doing good work, you tend to get overlooked when they are looking to make people redundant.

Greek night was very good last night. I ever so slightly lost my rag with Tim (again). Turns out that he was a bit of a stroppy patient when he visited hospital, throwing his rattle out of the pram when (a) he saw a junior doctor instead of the senior consultant and (b) they didn't jump to a snappy diagnosis but wanted to take x-rays. Now I know that he was on edge, but being rude to the hospital staff is to my mind inexcusable. I often sit waiting for anything up to 2 hours when I have my regular checkup and have to listen to people moaning about the wait. I feel like walking up to them to ask if they have somewhere more important to be than the hospital that is keeping them alive at taxpayers expense? If so f***k off and save us all the trouble of listening to your whining.

Rant over and I think Tim got the message.
