Winter Snow

A large part of the country was covered in snow today.  The forecast said we may get some this afternoon so I thought great - a snowy picture, pigeons in wellies, starlings skating on the iced water tray, the robin sledging on the roof tiles - but no; a bit of sleet and some cold wind.  Maybe tomorrow if it snows tonight.
