Snowdrop in snow

There are still patches of snow in the garden. This gives our snowdrops a chance to live up to their name.

My day has been somewhat disrupted by a broken tooth. Fortunately I was able to get a dental appointment for this morning and I have been patched up for the time being.

Exercise today: 6:00am running loops in 28'37", sit-ups and weights.
