A perfect day for January. Blue skies, no wind, 9 degrees C.
Good to be alive.
The light brown area across the Kent estuary is Foulshaw Moss. This has recently been restored by the Cumbria Wildlife Trust. It is brilliant for butterflies, beetles and dragonflies. It also has Ospreys.

Be going over there in the Spring to use the new boardwalks and see what we can find.
