Winter Breaking

Lots of these trees around from earlier storms that were wet and heavy.  They remind me of how long winters can break one's joy.  Those brutally cold and dark days.  I am not a fan of winter or winter sports, at least not getting out in them and participating.  We've had snow all day and more promised in the next few days and so much more to go.  I'm working on letting the little inner joys work to warm the soul.
