Baked with love, love to bake

Bakelwell tart with a twist. A Good Food recipe that adds raspberries or in my case loganberries. My niece bought me a wonderful tray bake tin that I was admiring recently and I have been looking forward to using it. The tin worked very well and I am optimistic that the resulting bake is going to be good.
Had a swim this afternoon, the after effects are well worth the discomfort of damp changing cubicles. Love what the exercise does to my head, improvement in the body toning likely to take a little longer.
