Tea for two

There was a sprinkling of snow when I woke up this morning (a little too early thanks to Ruby!), then it turned to rain and back to snow for a while. All gone now.

This afternoon I dropped Mr C off at rugby to watch Quins play and then went on to have afternoon tea with an old colleague and friend. A wonderful couple of hours spent catching up and eating. We really couldn't quite finish all the cakes, we were just filled to the brim!!!

Rebecca arrived home about 1.30 this morning and didn't have to be at work until 11, so enough sleep was had. Phew!!

Oh and I saw Ben Shepherd crossing the road with his two sons when I took Mr C to rugby. Not a bad looking chap!
