Narnia in Nine Mile Burn
Today I had a photography lesson (learning how to use the manual settings on my new camera).
Fortunately for us we'd had a big dump of snow so it was looking very picturesque. We had a lot of fun & some amusing moments - especially when I stepped sideways while taking a picture and fell thigh high in a snow drift!
This is Peggy's Pool on the New Hall Estate, famed in the Allan Ramsay poem The Gentle Shepherd - so beautiful in it's Winter coat.
