Architectural Gem

On Tuesday evening I was at a function held at the Royal Institute of British Architects.

As is fitting, RIBA has a truly iconic building. Opened in 1934, it's a treasure house if, like me you love the Art Deco style.

PS. I have to admit that I didn't take this photo myself. I did take one very like it - though without the dramatic positioning of the people. Sadly, I lost my photos for Tuesday through to Thursday when my iPhone crashed and needed a factory reset. I hope no one minds me "cheating" as Blipfoto for me is as much a daily journal as a photo showcase.
