Back to painting

I've been looking for a way to get back into painting, as I don't have a huge amount of time on my hands with other commitments. I've also been following Carol Marine on Facebook and her Blog. She paints small, fast and frequently to turn over her pictures and improve her skills. 

The poppy painting is a copy of one of Carol's that I painted tonight as a trial run, and I'm going to try out her methods with my own compositions next..... Very inspiring!!
