Just messing

After the photography course yesterday I felt inspired to attempt a slow shutter image in preparation for submitting one for my end of module task on my online course.

The dropping of fruit into a glass of water was very hit and miss. The water in the glass came out better but I'm sure I can do better. I think I may need to invest in a sturdier tripod as my big lens seems to be too heavy for it!

In other news today, we took L to see Big Hero Six. A much awaited for film. She was very excited and thoroughly enjoyed it. My lesson learnt today is not to go to the cinema hungry as 2 hot dogs, some nachos and a drink came to nearly £15!!!! Nearly as much as the tickets for the 3 of us. These companies sure know where to make their money.
