Emma's basketball match in Lahti

We all drove to Lahti, where Emma had a match. We left early and it snowed, so the driving weather wasn't good. The sports hall was next to Lahti's ski jump arena and ski stadium. In pact, Lahti isa ski mecca for winter sports enthusiasts. Hubby, Leevi, Sami and me had a short walk before the game. The woman in the sculpture is Siiri Rantanen, who won three medals in the Winter Olympics with a gold (1956: 3 x 5 km) and two bronzes (1952: 10 km, 1960 3 x 5 km).
