In The Snowy Woods

When I saw the snow begin to take I drove up to Mt Merrion/Deerpark Wood. I took Lola for a quick walk (very quick, poor dog) then locked her in the car for a little while to try to take some pictures. I'd forgotten how bloody freezing snow-weather is and how the substance gets into everything, especially the wet, shaggy-dog snow which this was. This wasn't the sharpest of the images, but I think there's something mysterious about the hooded figure, which I didn't notice till I processed it. Not someone you might like to see striding towards you in a truly lonely wood.
