The Lions are Coming
A slow start to the day as we woke around 9am to spend some time with the kids. We played with some fake moustaches a friend from work had given me to take to them and then after their baths they played together. The game was hilarious with them holding hands sneaking out of the living room and into the hall where they would shriek "ahhh the lions are coming". They would then flee back into the room and run to the sofa where they would hug one another in "fear" while also laughing. It was hilarious and very very cute. They do play very well together.
Around mid day Steve and I took Niamh with us as we went to visit my friends and their new baby girl. Well their daughter isn't brand new - it was just that we haven't managed to see them until now as our time at home is often rushed and busy. H made us all some lovely lunch and it was fab catching up with M&H and finally meeting baby M - she was so cute - big cute brown eyes :)
Niamh was incredibly shy at first so very cuddly with me which I loved and it was nice to get more time with Niamh also.
We dropped Niamh off, luckily managed to see Aidan as he got home from football to say goodbye to him before heading back to my parents for more food! I have eaten so much this weekend - it will be tough to get back on the diet track this week I think.
