Muffins

Took a day off work today to care and cater for three sick children. Truffle flavored scrambled eggs with chips and salad for lunch and pork chop suey with rice for dinner. I really enjoyed finding the time to cook properly!

In the afternoon, we made (proper British) muffins together and are looking forward to having them for breakfast tomorrow with honey...
