New Cassette & Jockeys

As the weather has been so rubbish and I haven't been out on the bike for weeks,I decided it was time to face the torture turbo.

With a fresh cassette, jockey wheels, chain and cables it is running sweet.  Which is more than can be said for me.

... and today is supposed to be a rest day (well from running anyway).
