Nuts...

We're on the cusp of being cyclo-commuted back through the estate.  It's all coming flooding back, the flowing down the hill, wee trundle along then the big bugger of a hill.

My habit of not changing gear for the last four months may not have been the best idea.  Ruddy cables have seized.  Getting up that hill in that gear may be a bit of an issue.
