Balloons blowing

The blip was going to be the sun rising as I crossed Waterloo Bridge

Or the dachshund wearing a coat

But instead it is the balloons trying to escape as I crossed Waterloo Bridge on the way home.

A very nice lady in the office had bought me some flowers, chocolates and two balloons.  They were trying to escape as I crossed the bridge.
