Cathedral

Norwich Cathedral's East Transept.
Weather is moving thorough fast this morning : freezing icy start with lethal pavements, hailstones that sent me scuttling into the Cathedral for shelter, then a burst of light that gave me this : just marvel at those wonderful Norman arches and that roof !!.

This is not a new thought for me and I may well have said something similar to you before, but this morning listening to Eckhart, as I often do, I was struck just how in the present taking a photo brings me. I may have to think about shutter speeds blah, blah,  but I am focused, in the moment, present : mind has largely shut up and as happened when I took this I am in a state of wonder.
