Edinburgh has been nothing short of beautiful today!

Wee to-do list type morning in the flat with tomato soup lunch skillfully eaten without getting any on my clean white top!

Then...the loveliness began...

Met Alison to head in to Edinburgh for coffee (& cake! "kladkakka" to be exact!) at Peter's Yard (another new one!) which was loooovely. Sat outside & all! Soon we were joined by Peter (not of the Yard) and, brought up to date, a wander through the Meadows was necessitated - Edinburgh at its greatest!

A nosey in to Peckham's (mm!), a necessary visit to Tesco (scoring some serious student frugality points in the process!) and I find myself back in the flat, alone but content :]

I think a lot is clicking into place - life is beautiful. It has challenges, times when we can't seem to see the end, but they're all part of it - of growth, change and preparation for the future. As I look back, I wouldn't change a thing. Today, I know I have a lot to be thankful for. As I look forward, I trust God all the more.

-Friends old and new

-Opportunities and memories
