My youngest Grandson and his Mum visited for lunch today, mainly as she wanted to collect her belated birthday present from us. It's a Fitbit - a gadget that measures the calories you burn and consume, how many steps you walk, how well you sleep etc. I should wear one for a laugh! She was very excited about it. Her friend has one, and they are competing as to who can do the most steps! They are both also trying to lose weight and training for a 5K run! Go them!!

This is Theodore, who unfortunately was feeling a little unwell, chilling with his bottle and a cuddle from his Mum after lunch. He is a happy, easy going little boy and incredibly cute!
