Reflections
I sat on the bus today and took a shot at each stop between getting on and off the bus. I thought it would be an interesting way to look at my city and I might try to do more of it. I struggled to choose which image to use. I loved the variety of reflections. Reflections of the bus in the shop and office windows, reflections of the other side of the road, reflections of the people walking on the street. So interesting.
I liked this image because I thought the two women sitting together were a complete contrast. Young and old (er), full make up, au natural, sharp versus warm clothing, vacant stare and intent on reading something. The closer you look the more you see.
This theme really made me look at the wider image before snapping. It was definitely interesting.
Otherwise a day of two halves. A delightful hour or so with the lovely Jay and some pampering followed by a few bargain purchases and then home to the boiler broken again, my boy distraught about some short comings and a worrying neighbour. Ah well, look for the good and correct where and what you can. At least I can still feel the gentle caress of Jay as he ran his fingers through my hair! Enough now.
