Carved

5.1C with more cloud than forecast. Light breeze.

Maeve the Deerhound and I went for our walk after lunch. We went down the road to the shore, over the road bridge over the railway to the beach at Westhaven, then made our way along the beach and the path to the seafront at Carnoustie. There are several carved stone shells spaced along the seafront at Carnoustie and they were about the most interesting things we saw today. It was very calm and the tide was in.

At the golf courses we turned up to the High Street and walked back along to the main road out of town then made our way back home.
