Day Out
7.5C with bright spells and occasional showers. Windy.
Apothecary7's day off. There was a notion to do something different for a change. We went Perthwards and visited the two antique centres we like at Abernyte and Rait. Maeve the Deerhound had a short walk in the countryside at each location.
At Abernyte one of the little stands (which is really tiny) has a lot of French bits and bobs piled high which often catch my eye. I took a couple of shots. I quite liked this old street sign. At £65 I think my name would need to be Nigond for it to interest me enough to buy.
We had lunch at the Tufted Duck tearoom in the antique centre at Rait.
I recommend it if you are passing by that way.
We stopped off in Broughty Ferry on the way home for a walk by the harbour.
