Not another sunset ...

Still hard frost today,so one on carting muck down the road,and the contractor on spreading middens of dung. I've been stirring slurry again. Only realize I stink when I come in at night to the heat!
Panic phone call from Mrs Farmerboab tonight on way home from work. The Jeep died in town,no lights ,wouldn't start again. She called the RAC who would be 90 minutes. Borrowed wee brothers car and went to get them. RAC man charged the battery enough for me to get it started and drive  the 10 miles  to the garage (without head lights to save power ! )
The alternator is knackered,so no doubt being a Jeep that will be expensive.
Just had time to blip this glorious sun set before getting called to the rescue!
