Hidden gem

An amazing discovery (for me) in a side street off Regent Street today. This is the interior of All Saints Church in Margaret Street (not All Souls at Langham Place a few hundred yards away). I'd seen the spire of the church several times whilst walking around the area, but didn't realise where the entrance to the church was.

Walking along Margaret Street at lunchtime today I saw a non-descript gateway and entrance, and thought I'd investigate. The interior of the church is stunning, with images of about 40 different Saints in the stained glass windows and wall paintings. The church dates from 1850 and has many other interesting features, so it's definitely worth a quick visit if you're in the area.
