Blowing in the wind

The weather changed dramatically overnight.  We woke to strong winds, light rain and a massive drop in temperature.  The foothills were covered in snow.  Unexpected at this time of year.  I walked briskly down the hill, and noticed this cabbage tree being blown around.  The sun is shining, so hopefully it will warm a little as the day progresses.  We're not ready for winter yet.
