Derelict Thursday I've Fallen and I can't get up

Help!!  I 've fallen and I can't get up!    This home in particular started falling off it's foundation about 2 years ago.  I was going by that direction and thought I would stop and see how it was going.  Well, it was going going and gone!  I think what might have happened is that the city redirected some run off and it ended up running right below these houses.  Not sure what has happened to help out these home owners.  Their houses are now pretty much worthless.
