My little chicken has the pox

I stayed at home with P today, much to the annoyance of my boss. She is covered from head toe in spots but thankfully they don't seem too itchy yet. We've watched lots of TV and read lots of books. I put the cabana up in her bedroom and we filled it with cushions and blankets. We then read her favourite stories snuggled up together. P then fell asleep on my lap. The first time she has done this in years and loved it.
