Shark Attack

Concentrating this morning on some art homework - she had a book about whales she read and did some research for, then she had this sheet explaining how to draw sharks. She really enjoyed doing it, read the instructions carefully and followed them well.

Tonight we got the booklet for next week's American festival evening. She's very excited for all the activities it's going to bring. They've been practising the Disney songs  in class a lot and she said she finished the cowgirl hat today. Her class have been making a Cinderella castle for the centre piece of a Disney display. 

We had a very gentle evening. She played & drew for a while before snuggling in bed for Friday night iPad time. She read a fab Dr Seuss book that she brought home from school and decided she'd like to do a little project about America this weekend.
