Elusive snowdrops

Ah, the harbingers of the spring. Is winter starting to lose its icy grip? I love snowdrops, so much so that when I saw from the National Trust that there was a snowdrop walk at Ankerwyke, near Runnymede, I rustled up some chums to go with me.
As it turned out, I am still ill and couldn't go, but my friends headed off with excitement. I received a photo this afternoon from them pointing to a very minimalist clump of snowdrops, which was pretty much all they found!  I am going to be for it when I see them.
These glossy beauties are in my garden!
