Shooting the Moon
I was hoping to photograph the moon for my 500th blip yesterday, but the moon was nowhere to be seen last night when we got home. I have yet to figure out how to effectively shoot the moon. No bother because it has little to do with why I wanted to photograph it. The reason was to convey how I feel about Blipfoto.
You know the saying, “Shoot for the moon, because even if you miss you miss, you'll land in the stars.” That's how I feel here. Blip members inspire and challenge me. They give me the pressure I need to go out and shoot every day. Blip provides a supportive community of "stars." And I know that even if I can't shoot the moon, I will eventually get there if I keep surrounding myself with all of you stars.
(btw - the moon is mine and the stars are not. Seemed to emphasize my meaning and helped out my sad photo.)
