It must be spring!

Shorts and legs are out, scooters and bikes are out, spring is in the air! Tho it didn't feel like that as I ran around the Penicuik estate with the Penicuik Harriers this morning - ice and snow everywhere and some very chilly puddles! It was Bill's 80th birthday surprise run - hope I'm still running when I'm 80!

The scooter and bike were out for our trip to the library to see Nick Sharrat talk and draw. The boys produced some fab drawings and enjoyed Nick's funny stories.

Then it was back home to have tea with pals from our NCT classes 9 yrs ago (our boys are the bestest friends which is lovely). Sleepovers have been planned, and more play dates requested. Everyone now gone home/gone to bed and wine is poured... 2 more episodes of broad church to watch from the first series, then we can start on the current one!
